What is the EB-5 Regional Center Program?
The Regional Center Program allows qualifying investors to pool investments in projects associated with USCIS-designated regional centers. Participation does not guarantee immigration approval or an investment return.
Regional-center investments use different job-creation rules and Form I-526E. Investors should independently review the project, offering documents, fees, risks, and immigration strategy with qualified legal and financial professionals.
